The reception area is the first point of contact with the customers, suppliers and the public. It is important that this area and the office environment is well maintained and presented in a consistently tidy manner to display KiwiRail as a professional organisation to visitors. This role also plays a key part in supporting the corporate office spaces, facilities, visitor car park management and assisting the wider KiwiRail, Interislander and Great Journeys Team.
He whakamārama mo te tūranga mahi | About the role:
- Oversee the Reception Area; visitors, courier services and kitchen supplies
- Oversee administration, mail, stationery, and deliveries.
- Oversee access security
- Oversee the safety protocols within Reception and the Station Building
- Work in conjunction with the Senior Customer and Corporate Host
Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What (skills) you will bring:
- 4 years secondary school, a Business Administration would be advantageous
- 1 year experience in administration/reception/customer service
- Excellent customer Service
- Excellent communication Skills
- Work rights to work in New Zealand
