Due to an exciting internal development opportunity, we are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis, providing dedicated support to our Chief Infrastructure Officer (CIO). This pivotal role will enable the CIO to operate at peak efficiency and support the wider Infrastructure and Delivery Group through effective communication and seamless coordination.

We're looking for someone who is not only exceptional at what they do but is also motivated to be a top-tier Executive Assistant at the executive level. You're someone who takes initiative, operates independently, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes with minimal direction. You've juggled complex diaries, managed competing priorities, and are well-versed in Microsoft Office and other business systems. Most importantly, you bring a positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude to everything you do.

This is a role where integrity, discretion, and sound judgment are key. You'll thrive here if you are:

  • A highly capable, professional EA with strong business acumen and a warm, engaging presence
  • Naturally curious and confident in knowing when to ask questions, escalate matters, or redirect
  • Tech-savvy and efficient in using systems and tools
  • Passionate about supporting people and delivering exceptional service

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic, high-demand environment
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • High levels of discretion, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Excellent judgment and strong problem-solving capabilities
