As a Technical Advisor, you'll be the critical link between the workshop and customers, ensuring technical issues are diagnosed efficiently and communicated clearly. You'll work closely with technicians, Service Advisors, and customers to provide expert guidance and ensure top-tier service delivery.

Requirements
- Relevant mechanical or technical qualification
- Strong technical background in commercial trucks, ideally with experience in a dealership or fleet environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and explain complex technical issues
- Physically fit and the ability to be hands on in the workshop
- Experience or willingness to help and teach others in the team
- Outstanding communication skills - able to liaise confidently with customers, technicians, and management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong IT and administrative skills to maintain accurate records
- A proactive, organised, customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
