What you'll do:

• Manage disciplinary and performance matters
• Address discrimination and human rights claims
• Oversee restructuring and redundancy processes
• Deal with personal grievances
• Undertake employment litigation
• Engage in collective bargaining
• Conduct workplace investigations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Employment Lawyer position brings a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in the field. However, our client is also open to candidates with litigation or other transferrable legal backgrounds who are looking to pivot into employment law. However, some experience and exposure in handling employment and health and safety matters is essential.
