About the Role
As a Mid-Level Duty Manager / Department Manager at our Waiheke Island store, you'll be a vital part of our team, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the store and a specific department. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and efficiency. The Role Will Involve
- Leading and motivating a team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 🤝
- Managing stock levels, ordering, and displays to ensure optimal product availability and presentation. 📦

- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the store and your designated department. ✨
- Opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security. 💰🔒
- Assisting with rostering and staff training. 📝
- Contributing to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and minimizing waste. 📈
- Working closely with the Store Manager to achieve store goals. 🎯
