If you’ve ever visited Mudbrick Vineyard, you’ll know it’s not just about world-class wine—it’s also home to breathtaking gardens that captivate our guests year-round. We’re searching for our next Head Gardener, someone with meticulous attention to detail, a passion for cottage-style gardens, and the practical know-how to keep our landscapes vibrant in every season.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planting, and maintaining stunning floral, vegetable, herb gardens and microgreens for the restaurant
- Managing seasonal displays to ensure our gardens are always looking their best
- Overseeing plant health, pest control, and sustainable garden practices
- Maintaining and improving irrigation systems
- Managing off-site accommodation property gardens
- Leading a small team while also getting hands-on in daily garden care

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in garden cultivation, including flowers, microgreens, and edible plants
- A creative eye for garden design and seasonal planning
- Strong knowledge of plant health, pest/disease management, and soil care
- Practical experience with irrigation systems
- A love for outdoor, hands-on work in all seasons
- Prior experience with people management
