As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be working for a service-led organization at the forefront of the digital workspace, delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions to your clients alongside a highly motivated and supportive team.
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong technical engineering knowledge, preferably with experience in Senior Systems Engineering roles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident solving problems under pressure.
- Expertise with traditional Microsoft products (O365, Azure Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services).
- MSP or Vendor background - this is a fast paced environment!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working out of the Hamilton office, you will be focused on managing service delivery, troubleshooting and problem resolution for your customers. You will manage technical escalations, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure a seamless service delivery. You will also be part of the paid on-call roster for afterhours support and maintenance.
