Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for enriching the customer experience by managing the end-to-end aspects of Life Insurance Products; including strategic planning, business analysis, financial performance, pricing, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, loves to take the lead and is comfortable working collaboratively in cross functional teams. You must be an excellent communicator and will need to come from a background in Product Management or Advisory within Life Insurance.

- Extensive product knowledge and market experience within Life Insurance
- Well-developed analytical/strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven understanding of the insurance market and customer segments
- Product delivery experience is essential.
- Proven ability in delivery of new products to market
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Strong interpersonal skills to a senior level within a large organisation
- Proven ability to influence key stakeholders
