About the Role
As a Branch Manager of the North Shore Central office, you'll be the driving force behind your team - coaching, mentoring, and recruiting top talent to build an unstoppable sales force. Your skills/experience:
- Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Branch Manager
- Proven success in real estate sales
- Exceptional leadership, coaching & recruitment skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation & communication skills
- Passion for mentoring sales professionals at all levels
