About the Role
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our Ticketing & Membership team. Reporting to the Head of Ticketing and Membership, you will play a key role in driving ticket sales and membership growth. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, maximizing revenue, and creating unforgettable experiences for our fans.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ticket and membership sales through proactive outreach, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Sell a range of ticketing options, including season memberships, premium hospitality packages, group tickets, and event suites.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging new and existing fans.
- Build strong relationships with clients through seat visits, follow-ups, and personalized service.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Maintain accurate records in ticketing and CRM systems.
- Assist in game-day operations, ensuring a seamless experience for fans.
- Work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and home games as required.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or ticketing, preferably in sports or entertainment.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with confidence in face-to-face interactions.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft CRM, etc.) and ticketing software (e.g., Ticketmaster, Archtics).
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred but Not Essential:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or sports management.
- Passion for sports and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with fans.
