What You’ll Do

  • Hire top-tier Web3 and AI talent – from software engineers and cryptographers to AI/ML researchers.
  • Collaborate closely with our CTO and engineering managers – understand the technical roadmaps for blockchain and AI agent development.
  • Partner with leadership & hiring managers – drive hiring strategies with senior stakeholders across multiple cutting-edge domains.
  • Innovate & challenge the status quo – traditional recruiting won’t cut it in Web3 and AI.
  • Be the bridge between talent & opportunity – identifying, engaging, and securing the best in the industry.
  • Operate at a global scale – we hire from all over the world.


What You’ll Need

  • Multiple years in technical recruitment, preferably in Web3, AI/ML, or high-growth tech startups.
  • Deep understanding of the blockchain and/or AI ecosystems – or the drive to get there quickly.
  • Fluency in hiring senior technical roles – engineers, cryptographers, AI specialists, security experts.
  • An independent, proactive mindset – we move fast, and so should you.
  • A hacker mentality in recruiting – you don’t rely on job posts; you find talent where others don’t.
  • Experience recruiting globally – talent in this space is everywhere, and so are we.
