About the Role
Our client is seeking a Data Visualisation specialist to join on an initial contract to the 30th of June. With a strong data pipeline involving SQL, Snowflake and DBT there is a strong base of pre-modelled data to build on while building reporting and driving stakeholder engagement. This is a hands-on Power BI development role where you’ll be responsible for creating insightful reports for stakeholders at all levels, including the Executive Leadership Team. Beyond report development, you’ll play a key role in improving Power BI adoption and best practices.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise Power BI reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Support the organisation in enhancing Power BI maturity through knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Work with pre-modelled data from SQL, Snowflake, and DBT.
- Provide guidance on Power BI adoption and report automation.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of SQL, Snowflake, and DBT-prepared datasets.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including ELT.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Power BI adoption and maturity within an organisation.
