Your Role in Our Success
As our Executive Assistant, you will:
- Support Senior Leadership: Provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring their day-to-day operations run efficiently.
- Coordinate & Organise: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure optimal use of time. You will also be responsible for overseeing the operations at our HQ, making sure we have great environment for success.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as the key point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear, effective communication.
- Enhance Operational Efficiency: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation, and help implement systems that improve workflow. This will include helping us support our sales leaders in doing their best work, and in supporting us working with top performing sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Drive Team Collaboration:# Work closely with various teams across the organisation to ensure that all functions align with our strategic objectives and operational excellence.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Problem solver: You'll be a creative thinker, who roles up their sleeves to solve problems.
This role is the perfect blend of administrative precision and strategic support, offering you the opportunity to make a tangible impact and thrive within our organisation. You will report to the General Manager, and provide support to the GM and Managing Director (and other executives from time to time).
What We're Looking For
You are a highly organised and resourceful individual with a passion for excellence. We're seeking someone who:
- Has proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Demonstrates exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communicates effectively and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
- Possesses strong problem-solving abilities and can work independently while supporting a dynamic team.
- Is proficient in modern office software and technology, with a proactive approach to adopting new tools.
- Values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, aligning with our culture of 'Better Never Stops.'
