Ko tō tūranga – your role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery of Data projects for our internal business units.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

  • Ensure end-to-end elicitation of requirements to enable the delivery of a fit for purpose solution.
  • Manage BA deliverables across the full technology lifecycle.
  • Document and analyse business, functional and non-functional requirements for projects.
  • Manage requirements traceability from inception to delivery.
  • Identifying, developing and implementing business processes and improvements.
  • Embed key customer experience considerations and channel impacts into projects early in the project lifecycle.


Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring

  • Advanced skills in enterprise-wide business analysis and process design.
  • Any knowledge of Data would be advantageous
  • Excellent relationship, facilitation and communication skills - ability to lead, influence and secure the right outcomes for the customer in a highly complex environment.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong skills in identifying, developing and implementing business change and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex information and draw meaningful insights.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio and Miro is desirable
