Ko tō tūranga – your role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery of Data projects for our internal business units.

Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do

Ensure end-to-end elicitation of requirements to enable the delivery of a fit for purpose solution.
Manage BA deliverables across the full technology lifecycle.
Document and analyse business, functional and non-functional requirements for projects.
Manage requirements traceability from inception to delivery.
Identifying, developing and implementing business processes and improvements.
Embed key customer experience considerations and channel impacts into projects early in the project lifecycle.

Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring

Advanced skills in enterprise-wide business analysis and process design.
Any knowledge of Data would be advantageous
Excellent relationship, facilitation and communication skills - ability to lead, influence and secure the right outcomes for the customer in a highly complex environment.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong skills in identifying, developing and implementing business change and process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical skills to assess complex information and draw meaningful insights.
Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio and Miro is desirable
