Mo te tūranga | About the Role: Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant

To support our strategic investment in technology and tools that help our customers thrive, we are on the lookout for an experienced tech recruiter who knows the market, where to find talent and what levers to pull to attract them to join us. This is a fast paced role, for 6 months (let's call it 'fractional') to support the resourcing requirements of our strategy. Hybrid working, some time in North Wharf in the Auckland CBD as well as at C-Drive in Albany will get you close to the leaders and teams you will be supporting.

As a starter for success, you'll have skills and experience in sourcing and connecting with talent, creating and leading best practice recruitment processes, driving candidate and customer experiences that enhance our brand appeal. We need a storyteller who can take the fascinating work we have in the pipeline and use it to bring in talent to our teams. Someone who can influence and provide broad talent advice (when to buy, build, borrow etc) will help us get where we need to go.
