About the role
We are looking for a self-motivated Quarry Operator to work on our night shift team based in Drury- South Auckland. This person will need to be dedicated to high levels of productivity as well as a strong commitment to Health and Safety. Ideally, we need someone who is driven to further their career within this industry,
To be successful in this role you will hold prior experience operating a dump truck, have crushing plant experience as well as the ability to operate multiple quarry machines.
The successful candidate will be required to work night shift. Standard night shift hours are Monday to Thursday 4:30pm – 3:30am and Friday 3:30pm – 2:30am however, flexibility is required to meet the requirements of the business.
What we need from you
- Must have full class 2 license
- WTR endorsements is advantageous.
- Quarry plant operation experience
- Be a hard-working team player.
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude.
- Good attitude towards the maintenance and care of machinery.
- Excellent communication skills.
