Your Role
As our Head Housekeeper, you will lead our housekeeping teams across these premier settings, ensuring every room reflects our high standards and our commitment to guest satisfaction. Your leadership will be key in mentoring staff, optimizing operations, and upholding the safety and quality that define our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Rooms Productivity: Optimize operations to stay within budget.
  • Stocktake Assistance: Support monthly and quarterly stocktakes for accurate inventory management.
  • Quality Control: Uphold and exceed brand standards through regular assessments.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct evaluations that foster professional growth.
  • Training & Development: Train new team members and develop existing talent to maintain excellence.
  • Manage Turnover: Oversee staffing transitions and maintain a dynamic, high-performing team.
  • Health & Safety Leadership: Champion Health and Safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Rostering: Organize and manage schedules to guarantee efficient coverage.
  • Payroll Administration: Handle payroll processes with precision and transparency.
