We’re looking for someone to work alongside a young disabled man to help him run his small but mighty business selling sustainable, plant-based dog treats at local markets. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to support an aspiring entrepreneur to take charge of his business and grow his independence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Helping manage and grow the business, with his direction
• Running social media to promote the brand and share the journey
• Tracking stock levels and keeping things organised
• Talking to suppliers and market operators to keep everything running smoothly
• Brainstorming ideas to make the business bigger and better

Who We’re Looking For:
• A proactive, ideas person who follows through
• Someone who’s good at building relationships and having a laugh
• Flexible, patient, and supportive – empowering rather than taking over
• Comfortable juggling both business tasks and disability support
