Strathclyde was established in July 2014 in Christchurch to create solutions for complex groundworks, building and landscaping projects. We take care of the entire project, from the design stage throughout construction and project management. We offer a full "end to end" package including a combination of building, earthworks and landscaping crews. We excel in challenging and complex projects.

Our business is thriving, we've got a great team and are looking for someone to join us in the role of Civil Foreman.

Due to the nature of our work, this role requires a real superstar! We've got big boots to fill and we need someone with proven experience on complex sites who is able to hit the ground running from day one. You'll be self motivated with excellent problem solving skills.

Responsible for overseeing and supervising a crew undertaking various earthworks, you will need to:

• Be a competent operator (we operate a range of 1.7-15T excavators)
• Hold a full class 1 licence
• Have experience with both earthworks and structural concrete
• Be confident working around services, in tight spaces and on hill sites - safe operating skills in these conditions are essential
• Be able read and interpret plans
• Have excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Be punctual, have a good attitude and promote our core values

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm.
