Key Duties:

• Measure, cut, and assemble timber components
• Operate hand and power tools
• Read and follow job plans/specs
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Work with a supportive team in a fast-paced setting

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in frame/truss fabrication (preferred, not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and confident with manual labour
• Reliable team player with a great attitude
