Te Tūranga | The Role:

We are on the lookout for an experienced Programme Leader to join our dynamic team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who has hands-on programme and portfolio experience, and who knows what it takes to deliver highly complex projects successfully.

We're interested in someone who has seen both sides of the coin—programmes that have gone well and those that haven't—because understanding what 'good' looks like is crucial for this role.

Don't worry if you don't have audit skills; we'll prioritize showing you the ropes. What matters most is your passion for project and portfolio management and your results-driven mindset.

Not a programme Leader but you have skills in navigating complex sequencing and planning challenges, we would also like to hear from you.

You will be a strong Leader who is used to leading outside your area of expertise, getting the most out of your people, can juggle multiply deliveries keeping your stakeholders engaged by delivering quality assurance.

We are excited to evolve our approach to providing assurance over strategic programs.
