We are looking for a dedicated Wholesale Reservation Consultant who is ready to facilitate reservations for our incredible experiences via phone, email, and the internet. Your mission is to ensure that every interaction with our customers is handled in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, while maximizing sales.

If you are passionate about travel, have excellent communication and sales skills, and want to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to showcasing the beauty of Aotearoa, then RealNZ is the place for you!

What experience and skills do we need for this role?

  • Reservations or Sales software (e.g. FareHarbor) experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Numerical competency
  • Computer skills, including MS programs (Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Impeccable customer service experience
