They are looking for a dynamic and driven Territory Manager to sell and grow their portfolio of products within hospitals, surgery centres, clinics, and physician offices across the Auckland region. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong sales experience and a passion for healthcare to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and promote surgical specialty products to hospitals, surgery centres, clinics, and physician offices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term product reliability.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through strategic planning and forecasting.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor products, reporting key insights to management.
- Attend sales meetings, training, and conventions, and assist in the training of new sales staff.
What you will need to be successful:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical, surgical or clinical field.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to interact with diverse healthcare professionals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage and grow a territory effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and forecasting skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
