Job Description

- Collaborate closely with Hospital Services stakeholders to formulate a project strategy - Assist stakeholders in prioritising their hospital network projects - Define the scope of work and formulate business cases to secure funding - Work together with the Delivery Programme Manager throughout the process to plan the work - Ensure cohesive thinking, handover to delivery team, resourcing, timings and scope of work - Handover approved work to Capital Project delivery team for execution

What you'll do:

Your primary responsibility will be collaborating closely with Hospital Services stakeholders, formulating comprehensive project strategies where there is a Property & Facilities component. You'll assist these stakeholders in prioritising their hospital network projects, ensuring that all aspects are meticulously planned and executed. Your expertise in defining the scope of work and developing compelling business cases will be crucial in securing funding from the Hospital Services approved 2024/2025 capital plan. Working together with the Delivery Programme Manager, you'll ensure seamless planning, resourcing, timing and scope of work. Finally, you'll hand over approved work to the Capital Project delivery team for execution.
