Job Description

  • Collaborate with customers, customs brokers, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth, efficient processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide backfill support for current agents when needed.
  • Gather necessary information from importers for customs clearance.
  • Manage your own work queue, proactively following up with shippers and importers.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies, such as Customs, MPI, Medsafe, to ensure compliance.
  • Keep customer databases accurate and up to date on a daily basis.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Submit data for broker entry lodgement.

Requirements:

  • Legal right to work in New Zealand.
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen and Ministry of Justice check.
  • Two satisfactory references from previous employers.
