Job Description

Red Badge Group is seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a growing organisation.

About the Role

As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team (including 8 direct reports) responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll provide critical input into business strategy and represent sales and marketing initiatives at the highest level.

Red Badge Group’s recent acquisition of three companies has created an exciting opportunity to deliver a vertically integrated service offering while expanding each service independently. In this role, you will develop and bring to market a compelling customer value proposition (CVP) and oversee the integration of our brands to position us as industry leaders.

Overall Accountability For:

  • Developing and presenting tailored customer solutions by thoroughly understanding each clients security needs and objectives
  • Driving new business opportunities
  • Managing lead generation and pipeline development
  • Overseeing all marketing activities and strategies
  • Leading brand positioning and integration


About you

  • Sales Leadership:
  • Can Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed revenue goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Personally led major or strategic sales initiatives.
  • Developed and implemented forward-thinking sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Business Development:
  • Identified and pursued new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Fostered a customer-first mindset across a medium to large organisation.
  • Brand Integration:
  • Experience in brand positioning and integration efforts to create a cohesive and compelling market presence.
  • Developed and executed marketing activities that align with a company’s strategic objectives.


The successful applicant will have a Proven track record as a sales leader with experience in driving growth and innovation. They will have the ability to understand a strategic vision and have the ability to align sales and marketing activities with broader business objectives. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.
