Our client is a boutique cloud provider based in Auckland, renowned for their customised IT solutions and excellent customer service. By leveraging advanced technologies seamlessly, the company has solidified its strong foothold in the rapidly evolving cloud computing industry.

The Role
We have an exciting part-time contract role for a seasoned Azure Solution Architect and AWS Solution Architect. Depending on the specific competencies and expertise, these responsibilities can be handled by one expert managing both verticals or by two separate contractors.

As an Azure Solution Architect, you will work on multiple projects for our client’s customers. You will also leverage your experience with Azure Landing zone and the five pillars - reliability, cost, operational excellence, performance, and security.

Similarly, we are seeking an AWS certified professional who comes with hands-on experience with the well-architected framework reviews from an audit and delivery perspective and who is also accredited for AWS Well-Architected Framework.

One critical requirement for both roles is the ability to multitask, as our client often runs smaller engagements and architects may have multiple projects running simultaneously.

Your Profile:

• Prior experience in similar roles
• Proficient communication skills, skilled in interacting with stakeholders on various levels of the organisation
• Experience with AMM funding or related Microsoft funding programs for the Azure related role
• Accreditation for AWS Well-Architected Framework for the AWS related role
• Excellent multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant cloud certifications
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
• Previous experience working in service provider environment would be desirable
