Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their Auckland-based team, where you will be a key player in delivering successful programmes of work across the business. You will be instrumental in analysing business practices, developing solutions through process design, software development, and policy changes.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse business practices, processes, and problems to develop effective solutions
  • Create system specifications to meet requirements and validate these requirements
  • Lead stakeholders in designing solutions for complex business requirements
  • Assess people and roles affected by changes being implemented and design change management and training plans
  • Act as a bridge between business teams, partners, and IT
  • Report directly to the Senior Project Manager


What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of five year's experience in managing end-to-end processes
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience working on large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle and requirements best practices
  • Experience with CRM/Dynamics 365
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
