Are you a skilled flooring professional looking for more responsibility and variety in your day-to-day work? We're looking for a reliable and experienced Carpet & Vinyl Layer ready to step into a Foreman-style role-combining hands-on installation with operational support from the office.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing carpet, vinyl, and vinyl planks in residential and commercial spaces
• Preparing subfloors, cutting and fitting materials, and delivering high-quality finishes
• Supervising job sites and performing quality checks
• Coordinating with builders, contractors, and clients
• Assisting with daily job tracking, scheduling, and light paperwork
• Stepping in with tools when the team is short-staffed
• Representing the company professionally on every project

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in flooring - carpet and vinyl essential
• Confident, honest, and able to lead by example
• Capable of working independently while following clear direction
• Strong communicator and team player
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Full NZ Driver's Licence required
• Comfortable working on a variety of sites including K?inga Ora, residential new builds, and commercial jobs
• Someone who values a respectful, down-to-earth team culture

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
