About the Role

A leader in the data consulting space, our client delivers innovative solutions that drive business success with a commitment to excellence. They are urgently seeking a technically minded Power BI specialist to act as a major point of contact between the organisation and its multiple stakeholders within the Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse domain. In this role, you will work hands on with a high performing team to deliver high level solutions and implementations across a number of clients using your hands on expertise with Power BI, ETL, analysis and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on development of Power BI solutions.
• End-to-end implementation of data solutions, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead the design and development of advanced Power BI reports and dashboards working with Big Data and multiple data sets.
• Implement data pipeline orchestration and automation.
• Liaise with clients to recommend optimal solutions and practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Key Skills:

• Business Intelligence – 5+ years of commercial experience developing BI / ETL solutions and applications.
• DW ETL Tools (essential) – Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, MS SQL.
• Data Languages: T-SQL and DAX.
• Other (bonus) – MS Fabric and or Purview
