ABOUT THE ROLE
In this 38 HOURS PER WEEK role, you will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager from Sunday - Thursday to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable service experience for every Peter Alexander customer. You will also have:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong leadership and good communication skills
  • Previous management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards
  • Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
