Job Description
ABOUT THE CLIENTS
Our client specializes in concrete cutting and core drilling and is expanding rapidly! They’re on the lookout for a highly organized Office Administrator & PA to keep daily operations running smoothly.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a temporary Office Admin, you’re expected to hit the ground running as you’re likely covering staff leave. Your responsibilities could include:
- Answer phone calls and handle general inquiries
- Process quotes and enter data accurately
- Record orders in multiple systems and notify schedulers of job orders
- Manage customer reviews via BetterBunch
- Assist business owner with daily office operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Admin experience (ideally in building or construction)
- Experience with ServiceM8, Xero, or TrackIt (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to learn other system quickly
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to grow within the role
