Our Central Reservations team plays a crucial role in making this happen—helping guests plan their stays, offering expert advice, and ensuring smooth bookings across our hotels throughout New Zealand.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you within our Central Reservations team in Palmerston North.
What you’ll do
- Deliver outstanding customer service – Make every guest interaction a positive one, whether it’s over the phone, email, or chat.
- Handle reservations with precision – Manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations efficiently using Opera.
- Maximise sales opportunities – Confidently recommend and upsell hotel rooms, packages, and loyalty programmes, using multiple booking channels.
- Work in a dynamic environment – Adapt to guest needs and changes while staying detail-focused.
- Be a team player – Work closely with your colleagues, sharing knowledge and ideas.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills – Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-focused – You thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Resilient and adaptable – You enjoy working in a fast-paced setting with ever-changing priorities.
- Hotel reservations or related experience preferred – But if you’re a fast learner, we’d still love to hear from you!
- Superior computer skills, including the ability to proficiently navigate and manage multiple systems simultaneously with accurate data entry.
- Availability to work on a rotating roster – This includes weekends and public holidays (because travel never stops!).
