The Student Hubs team is the physical gateway to the Waipapa Taumata Rau | University of Auckland. We provide a welcoming, friendly, and mana-enhancing service for future and current students across their student journey.

We deliver a wide range of services to support student on their journey at Waipapa Taumata Rau | University of Auckland. Our primary function is to deliver high quality in-person and online services that support students holistically. Our services include:
- guidance and advice on being a student
- navigating the University systems, spaces and processes
- exploring study options
- application and enrolment support
- Library & Student IT services
Our Hub Advisers provide advisory services primarily through 1:1 consultations for more complex enquiries, guiding students through their journey and connecting them in with appropriate University resources.

*Our peak service periods are around the start of each semester, this is usually February and July.
All vacancies are full-time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent roles. The salary range for this role is $62,400 - $68,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Our Recruitment Process
There will be a two-stage volume recruitment process:
Stage 1: Group Interviews which will be held on Monday 24 March 2025 (morning and afternoon options). Should you be successful in being shortlisted, you must be available to attend the Group Interview on Monday 24 March.
Stage 2: Individual Interviews which will be conducted on 28 and 31 March 2025. If you are successful in securing an individual interview, we would ask that you are available to attend your interview on one of the two days.
The start date for all roles will be Monday 5 May 2025 and there will be a two-week full-time induction & training programme primarily based at the City Campus.
