Job Description
Position Overview

This position is all about the quality assurance of our academic offer - our qualifications, specialisations and courses. This is done through various processes including qualification reviews and graduating year reviews, and using systems including Curriculum Management (CM), the Student Management System and Rapid.
What We Are Looking For:
- Someone with excellent attention to detail.
- A passion for quality improvement.
- Experience writing reports or an interest in learning.
- The ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with staff at all levels.
- A team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality assuring information in CM.
- Extracting information for reviews from various sources.
- Attending reviews and drafting review reports.
- Assisting with curriculum mapping in CM.
- Organising qualification reviews and graduating year reviews.

This is a full time (37.5hrs) per week role base on our Palmerston North Campus. This position is fixed term until late March 2026.
