Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily monitoring of the company's existing business systems and cloud servers, and handling common problems in system use;
• Responsible for daily monitoring and problem handling of components related to the basic service products of the public cloud platform to ensure system performance, quality and security;
• Responsible for daily monitoring of third-party edge CDN products and handling online issues;
• 7*24 hours shift response and fault handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of relevant work experience; experience in 7*24 hours shift work.
• Familiar with mainstream public cloud (AWS, Tencent, Alibaba, Huawei) products, candidates with public cloud related certificates are preferred;
• Familiar with commercial CDN and capable of analyzing and solving problems.
• Familiar with Linux server systems, TCP/IP, HTTP and other protocols, and proficient in Shell/Python or other scripting languages.
• Familiar with mainstream monitoring and alarm systems (such as Prometheus, Grafana), and able to analyze and locate problems.
• Have the ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure the company's business runs 24/7.
