As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Contract Manager to join our Mobility team.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As Contract Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining commercial contracts with business partners, ensuring they deliver exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with the Service Delivery, Customer Experience, and performance standards and Health & Safety teams to manage compliance, resolve issues, and ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and in line with NZAA values.

You’ll play a key role in contract lifecycle management, from negotiation through to renewal, while also helping assess risks and support pricing strategies. Additionally, you will support research into new suppliers and contribute to developing policies and processes to ensure the successful management of commercial contracts.

About You | Mōu

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role. You’ll bring proven experience in contract management (including contract negotiation/procurement) with relevant industry knowledge, ideally within the service delivery sectors. You should be familiar with CRM platforms and have the ability to demonstrate sound judgment, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions based on data is essential.
