Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
We are looking for a Team Coach to lead our Community Mobile team in Wairarapa.

As a Team Coach you will provide outstanding coaching to your team of support workers and clinicians and inspire each team member to exceed their personal best and to deliver exceptional service. You will oversee the care and advocate for each individual we support to ensure they receive optimal input and coordination of wellbeing needs.

This role will report to Service and Relationship Manager, who will provide support, coaching and region-wide leadership.

Our community mobile service brings the support to tāngata whai ora. They visit tāngata whai ora in their home or elsewhere in the community to support wellbeing. This includes providing medication support and activities to support wellbeing goals.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, with afterhours on call on a rotational basis, and is based in Masterton, Wairarapa.

Mōu | You 
You will have:   

  • A current and relevant New Zealand Practitioner registration is preferred but not required
  • Experience working in mental health and addiction. 
  • A current full New Zealand driver’s license 
  • A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain
  • Proven leadership experience 
  • A demonstrated ability and cultural competence in working with Māori, and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
