Hit the Open Road with the AA! Join our team as a Mobile Operator and bring essential Driver Licensing services to diverse communities from Auckland to Whangarei. See the beauty of the North while making a real difference!
While there are multiple overnight travel requirements in this role, the successful candidate will ideally reside anywhere from the North Shore to Whangarei.
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As a Mobile Operator, you'll be the face of AA Driver Licensing in your region, providing vital services through our mobile units. This role offers a unique opportunity to travel and experience the varied landscapes of the North, while requiring a self-managed, customer-focused individual with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for serving the community. You'll be responsible for processing Driver and Vehicle Licensing transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Ensure all Driver Licensing and Vehicle Licensing transactions are processed within regulatory requirements
Handle all customer requests and seek effective solutions.
Complete all banking and record keeping in a timely manner, ensuring set guidelines and processes are fulfilled.
About You | Mōu
- Effective time management
- Customer focus and good interpersonal Communication
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Good knowledge of the NZ Driver Licensing system
- Previous experience in customer service environment
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- Clean full NZ Driver's Licence.
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
- Provide cover for other Mobile Operators in the country
- Ability to do overnight travel
