Key Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to support the Accountant and the general finance function. You will manage both accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring supplier invoices are approved, coded, processed for payment, and entered into Xero. Your role will also involve managing the payroll process, meeting defined timeframes and deadlines. Additionally, you will assist with annual financial audits, carry out other accounting-related duties as required, and contribute to system and process improvements.

  • Manage the accounts payable process including supplier invoices approval, coding, and processing for payment.
  • Ensure all approval documentation and files are maintained accurately and timely.
  • Manage the accounts receivable process including entry of course fee invoices and cash receipts into Xero.
  • Manage the payroll process ensuring all pays are processed to meet defined timeframes and deadlines.
  • Assist with the annual financial audit and the annual Fee Protection audit.
  • Carry out other accounting and administrative related duties as may be required.
