The Venue

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Weekend Shift Manager to join our equally passionate team based at our Commercial Bay and Britomart stores. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience in a comparable venue, love for people and hospitality, good knowledge of food, ability to work evenings and weekends, and the desire to be part of a team with the drive to help it succeed!

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day operations of the venue including; staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times
  • Assisting with events
  • Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed
  • Assist with the training and development of junior team members
  • Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times
