At Compass Group we have partnered with Air New Zealand as one team to create an incomparable lounge experience that people value and remember. We are looking to build our team in our Air New Zealand Lounge at Wellington Airport, and are now looking for enthusiastic Chefs de Parties. This is a Permanent Full Time Position.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
Our Chef De Partie;
- Will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving top quality meals for our customers.
- You will need to be able to cook within budget, assist with ordering and menu development as well as ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers through allergen and nutrition management.
- You will also be assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties.

If you're our ideal candidate;
- You will be a hardworking, team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- You will have demonstrated culinary experience within a large production based environment and at least 2 years' experience
- You will have proven ability to lead a team by building a motivated and cohesive unit.
- Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
