Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) looking for flexible, part-time work in a community-focused home care service? We are looking for a dedicated RN to join our team and oversee daily operations, supporting our team and clients.
Can work from home with the opportunity to be involved on site when needed.

About the Role
Working with us at PHC, you will:
- Complete initial assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Provide compassionate, clinical oversight and support to the team
- Conduct medication supervision, wound care, and health monitoring
- Work collaboratively with clients, whΔnau, and other healthcare professionals
- Offer guidance and hands-on training, competency checks for our care team
- Be available for emergency callouts
- Be available for complex care setup
- Be able to ask for support and have a strong self care practice
- Be comfortable managing your own time
- Support growth with our ACC contracts and working towards being certified with Nga Paraewa Health and Disability Service Standards
This is a fluctuating role to flow with the needs of our community. Will suit someone who is happy with a changeable workload.
We are looking for long term employment. Will need to be able to work legally in NZ - no sponsorships.
