About the role:
The primary focus of this role is to support our internal stakeholders, who include a national network of branches, salespeople and our Category team, to provide customer-focused pricing services.
Daily you will be responsible for –
- Providing timely responses to our national Mico network for a variety of requests delivering great customer service
- Ongoing maintenance of our national pricing model to ensure it remains market relevant
- Maintenance of customer and project pricing with associated supplier quotes ensuring data accuracy and minimum margins are adhered to
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting to support both the operational and strategic initiatives relating to pricing
- Problem diagnosis and resolution within our ERP system, JDE
This is a Fixed-Term Maternity Cover role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based in either our Auckland or Christchurch offices.
About you:
We are looking for a skilled data analyst or administrator who has proven experience in relationship building, dealing with various stakeholders, reporting and analysis.
The key attributes we are looking for include:
- Strong Administration and/or Coordination background - experience in Data/Analysis and/or Reporting
- Industry experience or knowledge is nice to have but not required
- MS Excel confidence – Intermediate to Advanced level
- Familiarisation with JDE or similar ERP systems
- Your ability to build meaningful working relationships and a great helping attitude is crucial to supporting our internal and external stakeholders
- Your attention to detail combined with your organised and proactive approach will be essential to deliver high-quality results
