We are looking for a superstar to join our onsite team in a well-known distribution center, to help organise onsite staff regarding absences, general reporting and also lending a helping hand in pick packing!

THE HOURS & PAY

• Pay starts at $26/hr and is negotiable based on your level of experience
• The Location is in Ruakura, Hamilton
• Hours for morning shift of 6AM to 2.30PM, with availability for some 4AM starts

Your role as a Shift Coordinator will involve checking everyone in at the start of a shift and ensuring everyone rostered has arrived onsite. If not, you will be responsible for following up absences and reporting back to the Agoge Account Manager and Shift Managers.

You'll typically spend the first 1-2 hours coordinating the team and completing any required reporting. Then you'll jump on the floor and assist with picking for that day! Ideally you'll have a proactive and positive approach to leading team members and caring for others.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Experience in pick packing and a natural maturity to ensure everyone is where they are supposed to be.
• You will understand the importance of caring for others and ensure the health and wellbeing of the team is the TOP priority!
• RELIABLE above all else!
