The Role

Join our team as a Pick Packer in a fast-paced cold store distribution centre located in Kelvin Grove, Palmerston North. This is an ongoing temporary-to-permanent opportunity with immediate start dates available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually picking and packing orders for dispatch
• Operating pallet trucks and pump trucks to move products within the warehouse
• Progressing into forklift and/or reach truck roles upon securing permanent employment

What We're Looking For:

• A strong, long-term interest in the logistics and warehousing sector
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential - full training provided
• Willingness to work in a chilled and frozen environment (temperatures as low as -23°C). Full PPE provided for your safety and comfort

Hours & Roster:

• 4 or 5 shifts on a Monday to Sunday, week to week roster based on operational needs
• 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Please note you are expected to work at least one weekend shift.
