Mō te Tūranga – About the role
As a Wealth Office Adviser, you will be providing investment advice to our customers. You’ll be responsible for actively liaising with them to build a clear understanding of their needs, and then tailoring personalised and professional recommendations to ensure we deliver the very best outcomes. You’ll be advising on Westpac’s approved range of managed funds and products for both new and existing Wealth customers.

Building connections is also key, you’ll be managing and cultivating relationships with your peers, within the Wealth team and the wider business units at Westpac.

We’re looking for someone with genuine passion for investments and helping customers, someone who will go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and create magic moments. This is a team with high standards, so someone who aims high and is big on continually learning and improving will be welcomed into our close-knit team.

The key attributes required are:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in client services within banking or investment advisory services
  • Level 5 New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Investment strand) is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Knowledge or experience of the Wealth industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and a desire to learn
