About the Company & Role

Our client is a global provider delivering innovative software solutions tailored for the legal and professional services industry. With a focus on scalability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric innovation, they foster a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.

They are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to drive Agile best practices, optimize delivery workflows, and enable cross-functional teams to achieve high-impact results. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders, you will facilitate end-to-end delivery of features and major releases, manage dependencies, and enhance Agile maturity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile delivery across multiple software development teams, ensuring efficient release planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinements) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align priorities, manage risks, and optimize delivery roadmaps.
  • Manage dependencies and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across teams and external stakeholders.
  • Advocate for Agile best practices, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Work with offshore and onshore teams to enhance efficiency, communication, and delivery cadence.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and Agile metrics to track progress and drive improvements.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or similar in a SaaS, software, or product-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and Jira is essential.
  • Experience working in a cloud-first, DevOps, or CI/CD environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to navigate complexities, manage dependencies, and optimize cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with offshore teams and distributed teams is a plus.
  • Domain knowledge in legal tech, fintech, or enterprise software is advantageous but not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing Agile delivery within a leading software company. If you are passionate about Agile, continuous improvement, and driving high-impact software delivery, we’d love to hear from you!
