About the Company & Role
Our client is a global provider delivering innovative software solutions tailored for the legal and professional services industry. With a focus on scalability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric innovation, they foster a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
They are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to drive Agile best practices, optimize delivery workflows, and enable cross-functional teams to achieve high-impact results. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders, you will facilitate end-to-end delivery of features and major releases, manage dependencies, and enhance Agile maturity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery across multiple software development teams, ensuring efficient release planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinements) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align priorities, manage risks, and optimize delivery roadmaps.
- Manage dependencies and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across teams and external stakeholders.
- Advocate for Agile best practices, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
- Work with offshore and onshore teams to enhance efficiency, communication, and delivery cadence.
- Leverage data-driven insights and Agile metrics to track progress and drive improvements.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or similar in a SaaS, software, or product-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and Jira is essential.
- Experience working in a cloud-first, DevOps, or CI/CD environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to navigate complexities, manage dependencies, and optimize cross-team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with offshore teams and distributed teams is a plus.
- Domain knowledge in legal tech, fintech, or enterprise software is advantageous but not essential.
