Join our Business Engagement Team as an Employee Experience Product Manager, where you’ll lead innovative, data-driven initiatives that empower our people to work smarter, more collaboratively, and with greater impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Digital Transformation – Design and implement modern, scalable digital tools and workflows that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Drive Business & Technical Strategy – Conducting discovery sessions, gathering business requirements, analysing trends, and delivering data-driven insights that inform decision-making and product roadmaps.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor – Act as the key liaison between IT, People & Capability, and business teams, ensuring our technology solutions align with organisational goals and employee needs.
  • Own Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with specialists, engineers, and implementation teams to execute initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Champion Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Stay ahead of technology trends, optimise existing systems, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance employee interactions.

What You Bring:

  • Digital & Technical Expertise – Strong background in digital transformation, enterprise software and SaaS solutions, CRM, or employee experience tool
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Ability to translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Portfolio & Account Management – Experience managing diverse business/client portfolios with a strong background in leveraging enterprise software, cloud and creating integrated user experiences in both SMB and large organisations.
  • Stakeholder Leadership & Influence – Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, leading change, and engaging senior leaders.
  • Project & Process Management – Ability to coordinate large-scale initiatives, streamline workflows, and manage competing priorities.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement – A passion for optimising processes, driving automation, and enhancing the user journey.
